Difficulty sourcing aerosol adhesives created a problem
This customer came to us with a problem - they were having difficulty sourcing aerosol adhesives. They needed the aerosol to adhere the fiberglass to a core to begin the winding process. This issue was holding up their production line, and they needed a solution fast.
We went to work to find a solution that exceeded our customer’s expectations
Our team of adhesive experts immediately went to work to find a solution. After reviewing the customer's needs and application requirements, my team and I suggested they eliminate aerosol adhesives altogether and instead use a hot melt adhesive with similar properties. To test this solution, the customer provided a demonstration unit, and we applied the hot melt adhesive in place of the aerosols. And… it worked!

The customer was thrilled with the results and decided to order the equipment and hot melt adhesive to implement on their other production lines. By finding an alternative adhesive solution, we were able to help our customer overcome their supply chain issues and keep their production line running smoothly.
