HAR is a manufacturer of our own line of primers and sealers. We are a leader and innovator in water-based primers and custom niche coatings for over 50 years through the association and eventual acquisition of Cambridge Coatings.  HAR used the Cambridge Coatings Dexpotite primer as the key building block for our two main lines: Primer All 10 and Jay Cooke’s All Purpose Sign Primer.
